As your reactor takes shape, critical dimensions stay under close control. Turn count, conductor size, winding geometry, air-gap dimensions, insulation processing, core stacking, and mechanical fastening are checked throughout production against the approved design.

In-Process Quality

In-Process Quality Control

Once assembly is complete, attention shifts to the finished reactor. Overall dimensions, terminal arrangement, structural assembly, surface condition, and product configuration are checked against your engineering drawings and custom reactor specifications.
