Quick Answers
Your Reactor Sourcing Guide
What types of reactors does you manufacture?
WEILIAN manufactures custom industrial reactors for LV and MV power systems, including harmonic reactors, line reactors, detuned reactors, shunt reactors, and series reactors. Our reactors are used for harmonic filtering, reactive power compensation, voltage control, and power quality management across industrial electrical systems.
Can you customize reactors for specific power systems?
Yes. We customize reactor designs around your voltage level, impedance, capacity, load profile, harmonic conditions, installation space, and operating environment. Our engineering team can also adjust conductor size, winding length, insulation system, and reactor structure to match specific project requirements.
What information is needed to select a custom reactor?
Start with your application, system voltage, rated current or capacity, required inductance or impedance, frequency, and installation conditions. For projects involving harmonics or reactive power compensation, providing load characteristics, harmonic data, or electrical drawings allows our engineers to evaluate the reactor requirements more accurately.
How does you test reactors before shipment?
Every reactor undergoes electrical testing before factory release. Our laboratory verifies key parameters including inductance, impedance, temperature rise, dielectric strength, and three-phase balance using dedicated reactor testing equipment. Manufacturing is managed under ISO 9001 processes, with independent third-party verification by CTS available as quality evidence.
What are your MOQ and lead time for custom reactors?
The minimum order quantity starts from 1 unit, making it possible to evaluate a custom reactor before volume procurement. Prototypes can be completed in as fast as 24 hours, while standard orders typically ship within 1–7 days after order confirmation, depending on specifications and order quantity.
