Single / Three-Phase Capacitor Series Reactor
The series reactor carries alternating current (AC) and is important ancillary equipment for reactive power compensation devices in power systems. It is connected in series with compensation capacitors to suppress harmonics, limit closing inrush currents and switching overvoltages, improve the system voltage waveform, protect capacitors, and raise the grid power factor. It therefore plays a significant role in the safe operation of power capacitors and other power equipment. Typically, reactors with reactance rates of 5–7% and 13% are high-inductance reactors.

Premium Core Construction: The iron core is manufactured using high-quality imported silicon steel sheets. The core column is divided into uniform small segments with multiple air gaps, separated by epoxy fiberglass cloth to ensure the gaps remain unchanged during long-term operation.

Low Noise & Anti-Corrosion: The core end faces are bonded with high-quality silicon steel sheet adhesive, joining the sheets firmly together. This design significantly reduces operational noise and offers excellent anti-corrosion and dust-proof performance.

High-Strength Epoxy Cast Coil: The coil features an F-class epoxy resin casting system poured under vacuum conditions, reinforced with epoxy fiberglass mesh cloth inside and out. It provides outstanding insulation, high mechanical strength, and excellent resistance to large current impacts and thermal shocks without cracking.

Superior Safety & Stability: The epoxy cast coil absorbs zero moisture and maintains a low partial discharge, allowing for safe operation even in harsh environmental conditions.

Vibration Reduction Design: The upper and lower ends of the coil are equipped with epoxy blocks and silicone shock-absorbing pads to effectively minimize vibration during operation.
